We would like to introduce some processing examples that our company has handled. We received a request from a railway-related company to process "railway-related components." The product required was of a length that could not be accommodated by conventional press molds, and they were looking for technology that could provide flexible responses without being constrained by fixed standards, as well as precise hole processing. Our 3D laser processing does not require molds, allowing us to widely accommodate products with structures and lengths that were previously impossible. Since we can prototype multiple times in a short period, the development time is significantly reduced. Additionally, because molds are not needed, we contribute to cost reduction and can keep initial investments low. This process has achieved cost reduction and efficient joining compared to the conventional method, eliminating the need for dedicated positioning jigs. We have received positive feedback for reducing cumbersome processes. Our 3D laser processing can widely accommodate products with structures that were previously impossible.
